Elaine is our LifeKIDZ Pastor and she pioneered many of the traditions kids enjoy at Word of Life. She loves seeing parents she taught as children bring their little ones to church. Elaine is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and an Ambassador for CASA of Westmoreland.

Jamie runs LifeKIDZ 456, which is a branch of our Children's Ministry for kids in grades 4-6. Jamie was a public school teacher for 17 years before following God's call to step into ministry. She is passionate about teaching our kids that they are a generation chosen by God to display His goodness, love, and light to this world! 

Rob pastors our youth ministry, Life Students, alongside his wife, Christina. Rob and Christina also lead our Young Adult ministry. 

Jim is our Administrator and he manages just about everything that happens within Word of Life, from financial planning and budgeting, to building projects and maintenance. 

Ali started on staff as our main Graphic Designer in 2009, and she now oversees our marketing, promotion, and communication. Ali teaches our Growth Track classes, Catch the Vision and Digging Deeper, and she also manages and leads our Coffee Shop. 

Billy leads our production department for all services and events. He also assists our creative teams when developing plans for our holiday services and community outreaches, including Return to Bethlehem, The Passion, Veterans Celebration, Celebrate Christmas, and more.

Lisa leads all of our Creative Arts teams within WOL, including our adult & youth Choirs. She oversees our holiday outreach events, like Return to Bethlehem and Passion Play, and she also helps plan our holiday services, too.

Sandy assists our Children’s Pastor, Pastor Elaine, and is also our Preschool Coordinator. She is also our Event Coordinator, managing our entire WOL calendar. 

Dan oversees and leads our audio and lighting department. He has touring experience with major artists and other large events. He has experience in lighting design, with mixing and recording audio, and also as an electrician.

Andrew came on staff as our primary Worship Leader for our midweek evening services. He leads that team of vocalists and musicians, and also serves under Pastor Nathan as a part of our Sunday Worship Team.  Andrew also assists our production and tech departments as needed, especially during our holiday outreaches and services. 

Matt works in both our production and technical departments. He assists leading our production team during weekly services and events, and he also is our go-to guy for all things tech related.
